Rude Manager, Worse than 80s School dinners
Ordered a curry and Gourmet Burger and Chips, Waited 1.5 hours to get my food and the chips were cold and the 'Gourmet Burger' was the cheapest, dry thin tasteless burger I have had since I was at school. The manager did not believe me and said they have never had a complaint about cold food (I'm hardly going to complain if the food was good). When I pointed out that I was told the driver had already left and would be with me a any moment, and it still took another 20mins to arrive he told me to go **** myself. charming, so much for customer service!
