Why I like Portishead

Congenial people, sumptuous views, sparky councillors - the first to agree to a traffic lights-off trial, albeit without supporting a public awareness campaign, which in my view was important for helping people unlearn the bad habits of a lifetime instilled by the anti-social rules of the road. (London has blocked my attempts at trials in deregulation since 2004.)
