Grupo Agbar is at present Bristol Water Holding company and Criteria and Suez have it listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, a Worldwide stock market that ensured the fall of Hydro Research and Development (California drainage expansion) (Parry Froud) the loss to Germany, then return to car parks and computers (that is the sewage end), and the development of Port Marine on waste. Clean potable water in safe mains are the essence of all water supply, most from potable water reservoirs, some not so, as at Chew Valley, Gloucester Ship Canal emergency supplies. This is a general plague that affects France, Africa, Spain and used to be free for Manchester, but now the forest is accessible to all, the Lakes storage systems are less than desirable. In the summer it becomes the worse, to and fro, back and forth (Alan Rickman, Sense and Sensibility), but that is Rivers Division and Coastal and Maritime work, cancer of the skin on hot beach sands. That sends up water costs (treatment), price to you the user, and so does transport in a polluted society and repair work. We in varied roles spent decades of our lives ensuring adequate, good quality water; our daughter came back from Ghana clear in her mind that their one great problem is water, with a giant reservoir put in by Kaiser Aluminium UK Commonwealth full of decent water. Bruce Hockin went to Bangladesh to look at water issues, Geology research has been on the Jamuna looking at Eczema from minerals in the rocks to reservoir feeds, also a great sewage into the local groundwater gravels issue. So How much Stock Holder's share is to be put into the reservoir, mains and treatment works Bristol Water enact for profit making under the control of OfWat and the Rivers Division, Water Resources Board determination, Local Authority housing demands,  how many blue containers are still missing in Gloucestershire where the fight against clean water began, from in part Malaysia, to what end are Bristol Water seeking to restore mains ... profit for their holding companies that recently tried with the BBC to wreck England and Christian belief, or are Bristol Water to be made to work within their confines in good water provision as Ofwat shall expect. If the managers do not like the work they can leave and work down a hole in the mud and take engineering degrees, which should be the minumum qualification for the work. Which is why I usually stay out of it these days, Water Resources teaching was slaughtered in GCAD in 1977 1979 and I promptly left. Planning without supply and Finance run systems, by Corporates will be the ruin of Europe and the USA and already has wrecked Africa and is running down China. Nobody need describe India to you it has its own reputation (Meera Syal clear descriptions). I suggest Bristol Water does its assigned work, I would prefer to see Water Companies Nationalized, so annoying the public is a good way to go. Water is a big theme in English Literature and Literature can be a great way to ensure clean water, however those that wish to run with the White Rhino' from hell, or grovel and wallow in the pig pen for gold, feeding the mire of fish farms in Dorset, hence the streams, will no doubt return to the Medieval life style, sores, Scarlet Fever, Foot and Mouth, Longhouses with the animal, barns full of rot blaring out across the rat infested hay ricks, bats in the belfry (Meatloaf ... even music is water and water makes music, sludge just makes silence). Farmers have enough trouble producing clean food, they alone will not want water rates to rise very highly, or you will all be paying in milk, meat, grain, bread prices and treatment warehouse and processing factories ... and bang will go the English burger, fish and chips, clean hotels, safe hospitals. Just because a bunch of thieves lost billions on the stock market swindles 2008 does not mean we have to pay for it in bottled water, so they best comply with OfWat, or retire to their Spanish Villas.

Mercury is a poison, we inadvertently scattered it all over the laboratory bench in Bristol in 1969 (Senior Technician and I) partly caused by loose glassware and rubber hoses, improper adaptation of equipment under instruction,  bad management of the laboratory set and old inheritances forced on them by Chemistry, which later ejected corroding fumes into the people's corridor, no chemical systems will resolve your water needs, it has to be clean to start with and carried safe afterward to the tap and inflicting it with nuclear power energy in distillation from Arabian seas treatments is not a bright way to a future. So we had to spend another 1/2 hour clearing it up, not good for your student children, and I had important research to do and the Senior Soils Technician was getting married and buried in work routine, made worse by soils equipment. Inheriting staff from other Faculty is not good, being sold with the company ! Air conditioning systems need water, power stations need rivers and seas, just watch your costs rise if OfWat is not complied with, or the relaxing summer office work improve in heat levels when it is switched off for economy. Anyway it is possible that excessive use of water vapour coolants and office air conditioning may be a large contributor to climate changes, that is feasible to quantify and theory.
