Solid Rock

If somebody fancies living alongside a lot of Pheasant and running a good garden alike my Uncle Arnold once had full of Leek, mounded plots, there is a great house off the traffic jam, the right side to reach Bristol easily, with walks and woodland views and stunning vistas with superb amounts of space; as long as you are happy with your own furnishing and a preceding occupation by animals as well as the people who have made a great job of the interior. William's aunts had a similar at the Lake Grounds but that is all gone now. You will have to be fairly well attuned, but as a residence with countryside solid rock I presume on the valley edge, atop Permo-Triassic marlstone and according to the cutting A369 fairly stable on the east side ( a rarity in modern housing available plots ) quite a peach of a house purchase. The soils should be superb for vegetables as we can attest from Arnold's vegetables and fruit set off with Nora's choice tea selection, just around the corner. While that faced up toward Failand north east, with ranges of countryside arable slopes, this faces down toward Priors Wood and the Vale. Given the valley side has little slip soils and the original house was put well into the rock one could spend many years watching Pheasant and other birds, use the ground well and it has "room for a pony". You just have to downsize or persuade a bank manager whichever side of the line you live at present. Great stuff, worth a look at the web at least.
