Katie Price Checks In to North Somerset Hotel

Model and reality TV star Katie Price paid a celebrity visit to DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury this weekend. The star, who is in the South West promoting her latest novel Paradise, stayed overnight on Friday.

Mark Hands, general manager of the hotel said: "Katie was great, she’s had a busy schedule with the book signings but was happy to speak to people and have her picture taken when she arrived at Cadbury House."

Katie is just one in a long line of celebrity faces to visit Cadbury House lately; Ex-England Goalkeeper David James stayed at the venue last week, Kelly Brook was spotted filming for a TV series and Marco Pierre White popped in to check on plans for his new restaurant opening there next month.

The North Somerset hotel is currently undergoing an extension meaning more people can stay at the 4* venue and more events such as conferences, business meetings and weddings can take place.
