Construction Industry and Schools

We had a proposal agreed for a new build 3rd phase of College to degree at Cheltenham that should have been completed by 1974 ILA but which became a 135 thousand renovation of huts for an 85 thousand designed by the architecture staff, the Schools have risen in price here for years, St Barnabus closed after hundreds of thousands and the St Peters which could have been on schedule as promised 1977 for very little, went up to 1.3 million including all the furnishing supplies books and move, now £6 million seems common and Emlea is proposed on a playing field on another school at £4 million. Anybody who says politicians and corporate construction are not ripping off the country using schools and centralizing research illegally to prevent good work done by small units clearly works for a private TV company or the BBC names and private finance lobby.
