No more fad diets!

I think I tried just about every slimming club and weight loss group out there and had followed all the celebrity diets you get in the magazines with no real joy. I'd been a gym member before but never went (apart from the first couple of weeks in January every year). I thought I'm not doing this on my own so I got a personal trainer to help me and have never looked back! Rob was very patient with me at the start and helped push me and motivate me to the shape I'm in now. Thanks Rob.

    Holiday Weight Loss

       

    About a year ago I started training with Rob as I was going on holiday in the April of 2012. We sat down and set a weight loss target. My first weigh in came in at just over 14 stone, about 3-4 months later (just before I went on holiday) I smashed my target and weighed just over 11 and a half stone.

    Hard work but definitely well worth it.

    Exercise Convert!!!

       

    I always used to be one of those people who hated PE at school so to start working with a personal trainer was a slightly nervous and big step for me. But I wanted to lose a bit of weight and tone up bit before getting married, I started working with Rob 4 months before the wedding (which was 2 years ago now) and have continued to do so ever since.

    I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and I have more energy now than I can remember having, even in my teens! I used to think that personal trainers were for celebrities or for the super fit and that exercise was definitely for someone else but now I actually look forward to my next training session!

    If you are thinking about getting fit or weight loss etc. then it's well worth getting in touch with Rob.
