As Dorset has a place called Piddletown would it better if Portishead and Clevedon new North Somerset offices proposed at 16 million to the tax payer dumped on them by an illegal insurance company practice for Benefit Agency criminal practices against children and young women were to be renamed Piddletown or at least twinned with Piddletown Dorset to save the LibDems filling in forms to claim any further tax paid  expenses to visit Berlin pub cellars on the Twin Town foraging that went along as they wrote their policies over decades for 2010, when you look at the Graffiti the Council is spending drawing white and black lines across Portishead for Zebras to negotiate between traffic lights paid for by Halcrow who claim to be capable in flood hydraulics ? The whole situation could have been resolved in 1990 making a good estuary pond town centre and pedestrian High Street with a bus terminus at Co-oP,or even a Rail Station where the warehouses are alongside Waitrose (a John Lewis planning rules breach). Why do they not use that as a library, facilities, coffee centre and allow Sainsbury to provide a new food shop as John Lewis debunked to a car park in North Bristol in a twisting fluctuating steel muck structure where little girls continue in slavery from one end to the other. Are Zebras trained on Benefit Agency Psychology courses to negotiate traffic lights properly while being run down by high speed motorcycles and buses or is it genetic ? alike crime in politicians, as they are trained to perform like seals, perhaps not.
