I've lived in Portishead, in the Port Marine area, for nearly two years, but I'm still not sure who does what.

1. Who do I tell if there is litter that needs clearing?

2. Who is responsible for the communal gardens?

3. Who is responsible for the lighting (particularly the ones that are on all day)?

4. Is there a group that can examine and, if necessary, challenge the charges that Consort (Peverell) impose on us?
