Who does what in Port Marine?

I've lived in Portishead, in the Port Marine area, for nearly two years, but I'm still not sure who does what.

1. Who do I tell if there is litter that needs clearing?

2. Who is responsible for the communal gardens?

3. Who is responsible for the lighting (particularly the ones that are on all day)?

4. Is there a group that can examine and, if necessary, challenge the charges that Consort (Peverell) impose on us?

Thanks for any clarification.

It does depend where you live precisely as lighting could still be a developer responsibility or may have been handed over to North Somerset Council. In some parts of Portishead there are residents groups who do fight Peverell, again it depends where you are. I suggest that you contact Portishead Town Council in the High street. Town Councillors like Leise Stanley always appear ready to offer advice.
