SOMEBODY in North Somerset has a winning Lottery ticket - is it you?

The hunt is on to find a lucky lottery winnerwho has yet to claim a prize of more than £90,000.

The winning ticket was bought on June 26, with the winner scooping a jackpot of £91,820 for matching five numbers and the bonus ball.

Lottery bosses are now urging people across the district to check their tickets incase it is them that has struck lucky.

The winning Lotto numbers on June 26 were 18, 26, 33, 35, 37, 47 and the bonus ball was three and the ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on December 23 to make their claim.

Lotto chiefs said they could not reveal any further information about exactly where the ticket was purchased.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to the good causes - adding to the £24 billion already raised through sales of lottery tickets since The National Lottery launched in November 1994.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.

“This amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody's life.

“We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa - someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.

“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”

To jog Lotto players' memories, Shout by Shout Ft. Dizzee & James Cordon topped the UK singles chart at the time, while Oasis were at the top of the album chart with Time Flies.

In a sporting context, that evening saw Ghana knock the USA out of the World Cup with a 2-1 win after extra time and it was the day before England took on Germany.

Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
