Post Office queues
By portzed | Thursday, December 02, 2010, 10:59
Despite the fact that it is a busy time leading up to Christmas we had to queue for exactly one hour in order to post some parcels and make other transactions.
No blame can be attached to staff in McColls who are always most efficient and polite.
The problem is just one of sheer capacity.
Some MUST be done soon

how good to see a business doing so well in the town, it was thought thtat the online revolution would drive us all away from the place but it just seems to get more and more packed.

Reporti HAVE GIVEN UP USING THE PORTISHEAD POST OFFICE, ITS QUICKER TO GO TO CLEVEDON OR NAILSEA, AND WORTH THE FUEL COST, RATHER THAN STANDING AROUND GETTING VERY ANGRY!

Reportwhy not re-open the old main post office across the road? This had plenty of capacity. Why was it ever shut in the first place?
