Electric blanket testing in Portishead

PEOPLE can have their electric blankets tested at a safety session in Portishead.
Age UK has teamed up with North Somerset Council and Avon Fire and Rescue to offr free electric blanket testing at the next Community Cafe on February 17.
The event is at the Wesley Centre, Portishead Methodist Church from 10am to noon and those wanting their blankets tested for free need to pre book an appointment by calling 01934 426686.
Those who require help with transport or collection of a blanket need to mention this when they ring.
Refreshments will be available.
