Not again!

None of the wheelie bins have been emptied in our street this week, I've looked hard but can't see any ice or snow! How can the contractors miss an entire street!
I have reported the matter to NSC but should I expect any action to be taken - clearly the waste contractor has the Council firmly in his pocket!
