Would people in Portishead be prepared to pay extra on their council tax to 'snow proof' the town. Let us have your views here.

We already pay Council Tax for the Council to provide facilities.  When we actually get some facilities which are worth paying for and they are not eroded or withdrawn (e.g. outdoor swimming pools) then a debate about paying more for more facilities might be appropriate.  Until then it seems like this body would be the last group I would want to give extra money to or expect them to deliver what was being promised or to deliver it it an efficient and effective manner.

We are not a ski resort so should be prepared to put up with the occassional disruption.
