Why has barry's confirmation that he had not resigned and my subsequent comments calling for him and the other Councillors to resign been removed?

In my previous post that was removed, I stated that I would be happy if Barry and some of the other Councillors did resign. 

I think there ability to add value to our community is limited - and in fact instead of helping to make our town a better place to live - they now hold it back!  They are dinosaurs that haven't moved with the times.....  

Basically they have FAILED to delivery for our community in the past - and that I have no faith what so ever that they will deliver for us in the future.

I directly asked for Barry and the other Councillors to consider their positions - and to the decent thing and resign.  They have lost political legitimacy and the confidence of the local people.

What Portishead needs going forward is a council with a radical agenda and the ability to deliver that.  Our current council has FAILED to do this for too long and needs to change.

Please join me in calling for the council to do the decent thing and to resign now.
