Just another gripe at the Council why remove the recycling bins from the Windmill car park at Nore rd when there are lots of flats in the area that have no recycling facility's they pride themselves on recycling and this will not help rant over

My dear fellow, a rant is good for you especially when it sparks debate. Don't you think the removal of the recycling bins at the Windmill car park may be because of the private golf club arriving in the area soon. Recycling bins do so lower the tone of the place!
