Now that the Incinerator planned for Avonmouth has been given the green light - what will the real impact be? Will be be plagued by foul smells when the winds blows from the North? Will Junction 19 cope with all the extra traffic? Will even more lorries use Portishead as an overnight lorry park? Answers on a postcard please!
