We nearly lost our business when a hard drive failed and we discovered that the back-ups we'd been making hadn't actually been working for over three months. Simplex were parachuted in to resolve the problem. After one session that finished at 5am, they managed to recover the data from the failed drive (very slowly) and then set us up with a much more robust system of backup and recovery. They manage the whole thing now and we have had zero downtime since they started this regime. Bearing in mind our downtime costs around £1000/hour, their monthly charges (we are on the "Gold" support contract now) is great value for money. Sometimes you need a disaster to understand just how important IT support is. I would recommend them to anyone. SJP
