Award winning coach operator Bakers Dolphin has launched its Summer Collection 2014 which features 40 new tours as well as some old favourites.

The South West based travel expert has expanded its offering with more UK breaks, continental holidays and themed weekend tours for Spring/Summer 2014.

The new programme also focusses on its Gold Coach Service which offers travellers a luxury experience and the company has invested in several new coaches ready for next year's busy season.

Sales and Marketing Director Amanda Harrington said: "The new Summer 2014 brochure is packed with more destinations than we've ever had before. We've made sure to keep all the old favourites but we've also bolstered that with new ideas, exciting destinations and even more luxury.

"This year we've also put more into our Home Link service which now offers free home pick-ups for all holidays of 5 days and more. We believe holidays should start from the moment our customers close their front door and this service allows for just that.

"We've spent countless hours sourcing the best hotels and trawling the places we think our customers would love to visit.

"The new programme offers a healthy mix of UK and Continental breaks from two days to 11 days and of course we still run our daily day trips around the country."

New featured tours include Cornish Pasties and Pixies, Beautiful Bantry and Coastal Cork, Kielder Water and Hadrian's Wall, Hidden Secrets of the Heart of England and Scotland's Great Cities.

Inspiration has also been taken from much-loved television programmes with a new Call the Midwife tour to include Chatham and the Historic Naval Dockyard and a new Downton Abbey and Hampshire tour.

New continental breaks include Chamonix and Mont Blanc, Charming Austria and Once Upon a Time in Goslar.

A sure-to-be favourite is the five-day Great War Centenary tour which includes visits to military cemetaries, Ypres and the Menin Gate.

Amanda continued: "I'm really excited about our new tours, we've worked hard to find something for everyone and we've taken customer feedback into account so I'm sure they will go down a storm!

"We're also offering loyalty discounts for those customers who take more than one holiday each year with us, giving all the more reason to book again!"

Established in 1886 Bakers Dolphin has been providing memorable coach holidays for over 120 years.

Pick-up points include those in Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Bridgwater, Bath, Yeovil, Frome, Chippenham, several stops in Gloucester, several stops in Bristol City Centre and more.
