Joey Hale, aged 28, of Brittan Place, was arrested after police carried out a warrant in Portishead.
He was charged on Tuesday, February 26, and is due to appear at North Somerset Magistrates Court on Monday, March 25.
District targeting team detective Adam Cox said: "Cannabis factories have a clear link with serious and organised crime.
"People shouldn't be misled that cannabis factories are a harmless money maker – they mean large profit for the serious criminals behind them."
